Yes. Georgia law requires a licensed attorney to conduct every real estate closing, prepare or approve the deed, and disburse funds. Real estate agents and lenders are not permitted to handle this part of the transaction.
We serve Snellville, Lawrenceville, and the greater Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta area from our office at 2194 North Road in Snellville, Georgia.
Both. In addition to real estate closings, our firm prepares wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
